Origin The Devon Longwooled (Devon Longwool) is a breed of domestic sheep from the United Kingdom. This breed is raised for meat and long wool. They were developed by crossing Leicester Longwool with Southam Nott and Bampton Nott.
Purpose Fiber
Characteristics Both sexes are polled (hornless). The wool is used in rugs and carpet.
